These terms govern your use of the Savory Crest Food Industries Pte. Ltd. website and your purchases from our store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. We may cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable or where an error in pricing or product information has occurred; in that case you will be refunded in full.

Membership

Savory Crest Membership is a one-time joining fee that grants the benefits described on our Membership page. Benefits apply to your signed-in account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately; natural products may vary in size, weight, and appearance. Storage and handling guidance is provided for perishable items and should be followed after delivery.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
