Jiangsu Glutinous Rice Shao Mai (4 pcs)

A Jiangsu breakfast classic: a thin, soft wheat wrapper gathered by hand into a ruffled flower, filled with savoury soy-braised glutinous rice, diced pork and shiitake mushroom. Each shao mai weighs around 80 g, so a box of four makes a hearty breakfast or a side for the family table.

Serving

No need to thaw. Steam from frozen over boiling water for about 12–15 minutes, until piping hot all the way through, then enjoy right away.

Delivered frozen under our cold chain. Keep frozen at −18°C or below and follow the date on the packaging. Do not refreeze once thawed.
